The North Central Community is invited to a celebration for the Mâmawêyatitân Centre on June 10th from 3:30 - 6:30 pm at the Albert Scott Community Centre. Come and see how construction is progressing, grab a burger and talk to the project partners about this exciting project!
On April 17, 2015 the Partners creating the North Central Shared Facility formally announced the new name for the facility now under construction.
Mâmawêyatitân, a Cree word meaning “let’s be all together”, accurately describes the integrated approach to programming that will be used within the facility once it opens in 2017.
